Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy as of 2020: 

*Your order will be canceled if your shipping and billing address does not match. There will be no exceptions unless we've spoken privately in regards to this matter. 

** Due to COVID-19 please allow the full processing time for your order, processing does NOT include shipping most orders will be shipped and received before the processing timeline (Currently 7-10 business days) ! *

Shipping Policy Reminder: 

All orders placed after 1:00pm Monday - Friday will begin processing the next business day. Any orders placed after 1:00pm on Friday, and any orders placed Saturday & Sunday will be processed the following business day Monday. If Monday is a holiday Tuesday will be your 1st day of processing. Please be advised we do not process on any Federal Holidays including June 19. Once your order has been processed and shipped please allow 24-48 hours for tracking number updates after receiving your shipping confirmation. 

  • Shipping Prices are currently flat rated at $10.00


  • Estimated Delivery Dates are available within 24-48  hours of issued Tracking Numbers



Normal Shipping Policy:

All orders take 3 to 5 business days to process before being shipped out. Most times sooner. All orders placed after 1:00pm Monday - Friday will begin processing the next business day. (During the holiday season it may be extended) 

We are not responsible for and are excused from performing due to events outside of our control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather-related delays. International Shipping:

We currently do not offer international shipping.

SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION:

We recommend all orders over the value of $150 add Signature confirmation onto orders. Standard signature confirmation would be invoiced after the order has been placed. Price of signature depends on the amount/weight of the package. Please contact us with your order number to add signature confirmation to your order. 

Chargebacks: 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any item. If you submit a chargeback you will be contacted. If your order has shipped and you submit a chargeback before the item is even received your order will be rerouted back to us if possible, you will be refunded, and you will be charges a 15% restocking fee. If the item is unable to rerouted you will have to return this item at your expense in order for your dispute to be accepted.. Also, you will never be able to order from our site again using those credentials again so, that we will not have the same issue. 

Refused Packages: 

All Refused Packages are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the final order total. NO EXCEPTIONS

Undeliverable Packages:

All Undeliverable packages that are not reshipped (After the customer pays for reshipment) are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the final order total. NO EXCEPTIONS

Delivered Packages:

All packages marked as delivered by USPS, FedEx, or UPS are at the liability of the customer. Customers must be present or make accommodations when packages are being delivered. We are not responsible for any lost packages once the item (in the tracking) has been marked as delivered. 

What is your return policy?

Bombed by Boujee Boutique does not provide refunds or accept returns (NO EXCEPTIONS) 

Bombed by Boujee Boutique does believe in quality customer service all orders will be photographed before being sent securely. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with tags attached.

If you receive a item and it happens to be damaged please email bombedbyboujee@gmail.com immediately.

This email must include the following:

1. Your name

2. Your order number 

3. Photo/Video of the damaged product

**After my team completes an investigation a store credit will be issued if we feel we are at fault. Please allow 1 to 3 business day for a response. 

**Damage does not include wrong sizes, a loose thread, customer selecting wrong color or option etc.

Please note that Bombed by Boujee Boutique  is not heartless if we are able to accommodate you we will try our best.
